Automatic Mains Failure or Remote Start Unit for Diesel Generators

TWO STANDARD VERSIONS AVAILABLE:

SS-12-MF SENSTART II Mains failure unit for generator with a 12 Volt starting system.

SS-12-RS. SENSTART II Remote start unit designed for generators with a 12 Volt starting system.

All Senstart II units must be hard wired to the alternator, the mains, the load circuit and the engine electrical system by a suitably qualified trades person. Installation must include a suitable, approved type of mechanically interlocked, changeover contactor with 24OV coils and adequate current rating for the load and alternator. This interlocked contactor is to be supplied to suit by the installer and should be mounted in a separate enclosure of an approved type.

Fuel solenoid conversion kit: This kit is available for conversion to auto fuel solenoid lever operation on smaller generators that do not have this feature. The kit consists of a 12 or 24-volt heavy-duty solenoid, cable and cable mount/ adjusters, relay and return spring. Fitting service available if required.
